Go to the redeem page and you'll see different options. E-gift cards, PayPal etc. Hope that helps.

Hello minny63 - my account has had me locked out since at least 11 April - tells me I have breached something in surveys. I can't get any response - decided I would just cash in my chips, but it won't even let me do that. I have $78 there - so if they have done a midnight flit, they will have made a lot of money.

No I'm not using another survey platform. This is happening all the time now. Plus, no answers to questions previously sent on chat. I was screened out until I did a happy hour survey, well, I've done 3 now and I'm still screened out. What's going on? So many things going wrong lately.

Yes, I noticed that too. Not real happy. Don't get many guesses anymore. Plus, so many surveys cutting you out of money and now not even receiving 5points for attempting them. They're just not registering and some are getting our information for nothing and I'm sick of it. It's time to call out those companies.

Same problem. Not good that it isn't working but as long as it doesn't work for everyone and no one is gaining an advantage it isn't a problem till it can get fixed.

I agree - it is becoming more and more difficult to earn Compbux on surveys.

Apologies, PayPal tech unfortunately is stuck in the stone ages (at least for us Aussies, US has better features). Seems every month is a struggle transferring money around. Looking for alternatives.

Im happy to wait the additional time for PayPal if it means I can keep receiving the rewards that way.

We will be focusing more on having more guessing games and improving the spin and win. Daily points are being phased out. Survey availability are low during holiday periods. We are working on getting accurate information on survey availabilities so it's not so much hit and miss.

Yes, I noticed that the Bonus Compbux and Bonus guesses have disappeared. What's happening?

Exact same thing happens to me, I feel like they purposefully put the qualifying stuff at the end so they have your info and don't have to pay. I don't want to do the surveys at all but they're attached to the daily points now.. ugh.

I agree with you 100% and because I can't do the surveys I can't get the daily points either.

It happened again yesterday and managed to complete a happy hour survey. I screened out of 2 normal surveys and closed one when I didn't agree with giving email/location details. Screened out of 2 more surveys then got the "higher than average screen outs" message again. This is so frustrating especially when the happy hour survey I did complete seemed to take 20 minutes and that was for the 'short' happy hour survey option. It isn't fair and it's not like we can help that we screen out.

I'm getting screened out of so many, and the few that i can complete half the time right at the end I get booted out for some reason and get no points. Its getting quite frustrating.

True, but now you cannot even watch the ads - I keep clicking on the watch 5 video ads and nothing happens. I have reported this in the chat with no response.

I just did a computer survey right to the end, told me to click submit for credits and got screened out. This has happened before to me, what a joke.

I've had this happen a few times lately. Quite annoying really.

Non qualifying messages at the end of the survey are the pits, so is the reduction in getting screen out points and not getting the daily 5 bonus points unless you have completed a survey in the past 3 days, which is almost impossible. This site has gone to the dogs!

I'm wondering how it is possible to complete a survey and get a 'you didn't qualify' message at the end. It is so frustrating and unfair.

Still no replies from anyone. I too noticed a couple of missing days of comps, but next time I came back there were more there.

I've sent a message as I saw support was online but still have heard nothing. I still haven't received notifications of our daily competitions. I don't know what's happening. ?????????????????????@Cutttts. I'm going through doing the guessing game through Sunday's notification and doing surveys or trying to do surveys but still haven't received any competition notifications. They'd let you know if you weren't allowed on here anymore wouldn't they? I've complained so much about dodgy surveys that don't pay or they cut out I'm thinking they're sick of me. ????????

I have seen people winning the points each week and the 500 point games during the week as well. Just look on the guessing game page and it will show the winners. Some have been really lucky and won more than once close to each competition but people are winning the points. But still not one word from support. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I'm beginning to think I may have been taken off this page because I complained so much about surveys not working properly or not getting rewarded for the surveys and now I've not had any competition notifications since Sunday. I noticed support was online today and sent a message asking where are the competition notifications but haven't received any word. Fingers crossed that I'm not banned. ???????????????????????????
