Not a comp from here but a cooking competition me and my partner entered. I created the recipe and my partner cooked the recipe. After submitting pics and recipe my partner made it to the cook-offs which they won yesterday...my profile pic is the dish we submitted...sooooo, our prize is tickets for two to the hospitality group function at the Hyatt as special guests and a trip for two to Munich Germany with five nights accommodation, $1000.00 spending money and VIP tickets to the food and wine expo there in November. A sweet prize, and well deserved after all the effort we put into creating this dish.

@Inwithachance it is simply called Fusion Chicken Rolls, a spiced quinoa filling wrapped in chicken to look similar to sushi. it had to incorporate Culpeppers ingredients in the recipe and we managed to make their ingredients the centerpiece.
