I've never had any issues, other than a heck of a lot of spam!

@Alittlebitoffun have a good antivirus, some comps try steal you info or give you virus

Try to steer clear of the comps that make you go through pages of information. Even if you select "no" (insurance, fitness, free healthy meals etc) they will still telephone you sometimes.

If they ask for more information than you are comfortable with then don't enter it
