Anyone else not getting their 5 points after being screened out? I've done numerous survey attempts and I received 0. This isn't the first time either. They're not happy hour surveys either. Not impressed at all. So many things going wrong lately. Plus you complete a survey and right at the end it says you have already done it when in actuality you haven't so you get gipped with those points too.

Are you using other survey platforms? it's worth noting, if you've done a survey already on another platform, this may flag..

No I'm not using another survey platform. This is happening all the time now. Plus, no answers to questions previously sent on chat. I was screened out until I did a happy hour survey, well, I've done 3 now and I'm still screened out. What's going on? So many things going wrong lately.
