To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase from a Participating Store a Promotional Product as defined above. Winning Wrappers are identifiable by text on the inside surface of the wrapper that includes the Winning Message (as set out below). If the Winning Statement is not printed on the inside surface of a wrapper, it is not a Winning Wrapper.
