WHO CAN ENTER?
This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except for the employees of the promoter, ParkTrent Properties Group Pty Ltd, it’s subsidiary companies, their families and any other companies connected with the competition. ParkTrent Properties Group Pty Ltd will not accept any entries from children aged under 18.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This competition will run from 8 January 2015 until 30 April 2015. Any submissions after this date will be exempt and will not qualify for entry.

PRIZE:
The prize is $1,000 paid into an Australian mortgage account each month for 12 months. The total prize value is $12,000. The prize is neither transferable, nor redeemable for cash and not exchangeable.
