Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Rusty and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion will run throughout the campaign period from 3rd September 2018 until 30th September 2018 at 23.59 EST. Rusty reserves the right to make changes to the competition opening and closing dates. Changes will be reflected in the terms and conditions.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. To enter, a user will need to visit au.rusty.com/win-1000-competition and register with a valid email address.
5. Entrants may enter the competition multiple times as outlined in the "Ways to Enter" section of the competition entry form.
6. Prize consists of a $1,000 gift card code valid for 12 months from issue and redeemable only at au.rusty.com. The gift card value may be used over multiple purchases.
7. The winners will be drawn at random online; on October 2nd, 2018 at 12pm EST. Winners will be notified via email within two working days of the competition closing.
8. If the winner does not respond to the claim within 10 days, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will be reallocated to an alternative prize winner drawn at random.
9. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be resold, redeemed for cash or any form of compensation. In the event, for any reason, of the prize winners not redeeming the prize within the time period stipulated, then the prize or remaining balance will be forfeited.
12. Entrants agree that the email address provided upon entry will be added to Rusty Australia's promotional marketing list.
13. Rusty reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
