What is the prize and its worth?

The winner of the competition will receive a $1000 gift voucher for use on the Von Treskow website. The actual or appraised value of the prize may differ at the time of award. The specifics of the prize will be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes and expenses related to the prize. The acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation.

How is the winner selected and notified?

The winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified within 1 day of the winner selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days, or fails to provide the required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
