Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter, as final and binding as it relates to the content and interpretation of these Rules.
3. The promoter is EMU (Aust) Pty Ltd, 72 Barwon Terrace, South Geelong, Victoria 3220 Australia.
4. The promotion is open to legal residents of USA, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand except if a person wishing to enter the promotion is prohibited to do so by law of the country of the person’s residence or if the law of the country of the person’s residence prohibits the Promoter running the promotion. Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the promotion and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
5. This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

6. The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 1st September 2020 and concludes at?11:59pm?(AEST) on Wednesday 30th September 2020 (Promotional Period).??

How to Enter
To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the entry form during the Promotion Period and enter via the EMU Australia website (www.emuaustralia.com).
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, each entrant can gain extra entries to win by visiting the EMU Australia Instagram page via the online entry form or by using their allocated referral link to invite others to enter. Extra entries are valid once the invitee enters and performs an action.
Winning Determination
The random prize draw will take place at?10am?(AEST) on Wednesday 7th October 2020 at the offices of EMU Australia, 72 Barwon Terrace, South Geelong, Victoria 3220 Australia
The winners will be notified via email by 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday 7th October 2020. EMU Australia reserves the right to feature the names of prize winners publicly.
If the email address of the winner supplied is incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn.
If the Prize is not claimed via a confirmation email by?5pm?(AEST) on Wednesday 21st October 2020 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at?10am?(AEST) on Thursday 22nd October 2020 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prizes. In this event, no compensation will be given by EMU Australia to the original winner.
If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 5pm AEST Wednesday 4th November 2020 the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
· The first 3 x valid entries drawn will win an EMU Australia product prize pack up to the retail value of $1,000 AUD.
· Each winner must select the style, colour and sizes that will form the prize pack and can include any EMU Australia product currently available on the emuaustralia.com website relevant to the region of the winner.
· The Prize (including unused portions) is not transferable, exchangeable or able to be redeemed for cash.
· The winner will have up to 12 months to select their product.
· There will be three of these $1,000 prize product packs given away globally.
· This is a game of chance.
· The Prize is valued in Australian dollars.
· The total prize pool for this promotion is valued at $3,000 (AUD).
Other
EMU Australia will add the name and email address of each entrant to its customer database for marketing and communications purposes. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive further communications from EMU Australia. Customers can elect to discontinue communications from EMU Australia at any time.
If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Entries are deemed to have been received by EMU Australia when received by EMU Australia's software system, not when submitted by the entrant's computer.
EMU Australia is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete or otherwise corrupted entries, nor is it responsible for any failure to receive entries due to a transmission error or technical failure of any kind. Any such entry will immediately be deemed disqualified by EMU Australia.
EMU Australia will not replace the prize if it is lost, stolen or if they cannot be properly identified because of damage.
As a condition of accepting prize, the winner agrees to sign any document that may be issued by EMU Australia including, without limitation, a release and indemnity form.
Prize winners will be required to provide identification when claiming the prize and may be requested to provide proof that they are the authorised account holder of the email address supplied at the time of entering the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EMU Australia will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this promotion, including without limitation, where it arises from:
· theft or fraud;
· the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
· an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect or delay in the transmission of information related to this promotion which is beyond the reasonable control of EMU Australia
· any third-party interference;
· any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software;
· the redemption of gift vouchers; and
· participation in this promotion generally.
If EMU Australia deems that this promotion is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of EMU Australia, EMU Australia may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the promotion as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the EMU Australia website (www.emuaustralia.com).
EMU Australia reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion.
By entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and EMU Australia’s Privacy Policy.
