The heritage-listed Randwick venue has joined forces with celebrity chef Danny Russo to create a menu with easy-eating, generously portioned pub fare.
Russo’s favourite dishes on the menu are the burgers, such as the ‘Royale with cheese’, which change weekly.

Russo’s favourite dishes on the menu are the burgers, such as the ‘Royale with cheese’, which change weekly.
Other highlights on the menu include the grilled king prawns with harissa, grilled salmon nicoise salad, and slow roast pork belly with caramelized apples and crushed walnuts.
To celebrate the menu and hotel makeover, which also includes renovations of the guest rooms, the Royal Hotel is offering one reader a free meal and accommodation for two guests.
The winner will also receive two tickets to Championships Day 2 at the Royal Randwick Racecourse, on Saturday, April 19.
