When does the competition close?The competition commences at 12:01am AEDST on December 10, 2023, and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on December 30, 2023.
How can one enter this competition?To enter, you must:
- Be a current registered member of the Bakers Delight 'Dough Getters' Customer Loyalty Program.
- Make a purchase of any Bakers Delight product(s) from any Bakers Delight bakery within Australia, spending a minimum of $5 in one transaction.
- Ensure that the Eligible Purchase is linked to or recorded on your Dough Getters Account by scanning your Dough Getters Card or the QR code on the Dough Getters App or providing your mobile phone number to a staff member before completing the Eligible Purchase.
Online orders, fundraising, school lunches, catering orders, and purchases made through third-party providers or delivery services are not eligible for this promotion.
What prizes can be won, and what is the total prize pool amount?There are a total of 10 individual prizes, each consisting of a prepaid Mastercard Gift Card valued at $1,000. These prizes will be mailed or emailed by registered or other prepaid post to each winning Entrant at the postal address recorded in their Dough Getters Account.
The total prize pool value for this competition is $10,000.
When will the Prize Draw take place?The Prize Draw will be held at 11:00am AEDST on January 10, 2023, at Bakers Delight's head office in Camberwell, Victoria, Australia.
How will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the Prize Draw. If a winner does not respond to the notification email, the Promoter will attempt to contact the winner via telephone.
How can winners claim and redeem their prizes?Winning Entrants are responsible for regularly checking their nominated postal address, email address, mobile device, and their Dough Getters Account. They must provide proof of each Eligible Purchase if required by the Promoter to claim a prize.
Winning Entrants can redeem their prize by using the Mastercard Gift Card to make multiple purchases up to the maximum value of the prepaid Mastercard Gift Card before the expiry date shown on the card. If the transaction value exceeds the card's value, the winner must pay the balance.
What happens in the event of an unclaimed prize?Prizes that remain unclaimed or are won by Entrants who are rendered ineligible will be included in an Unclaimed prize draw, which will take place at 11:00am AEST on January 20, 2023. Winners in the Unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.
PrivacyEntrants' personal information will be used in accordance with the purposes stated in the Terms and in accordance with Bakers Delight's privacy policies.
GeneralThe competition is governed by the Dough Getters terms and conditions. The Promoter's decisions are final, and all disputes will be adjudicated by the Promoter. If the competition is interfered with in any way beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel it.
