2. Optionally, share their New Year's resolution for a bonus entry.
Each participant can have a maximum of two entries: one for completing the form and one for submitting the bonus entry.
What are the prizes to be won?
Ten winners will each receive a $100 Omlet voucher, which will be credited to their accounts. The vouchers can be used for Omlet products, helping winners kick off 2025 in style.
What is the total prize pool value?
