How can you enter?
Eligible entrants can enter by:
1. Completing a quote for a new Budget Direct Pet Insurance Policy via the Budget Direct website or call centre and submitting an online entry form with their details and quote number (5 entries per pet, maximum of 1 quote entry per pet).
2. Purchasing a new Budget Direct Pet Insurance Policy that remains valid for at least 21 days after purchase (10 entries per policy, no maximum submissions).
What is the prize?
There are 10 prizes available, each comprising:
- A $1,000 Visa eGift card.
- A $1,000 Category Choice Pets & Vets eGift card.
The total prize pool value is AUD $20,000.
When will the winner be drawn?
The draw will take place at 10:30 AM AEST on 26 February 2025. Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email within two business days. Winners’ initials, last names, and postcodes will be published on the Budget Direct website within 21 days of the draw.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within three months and one day of the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 10:30 AM AEST on 28 May 2025. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified and their details published on the Budget Direct website.
Are there restrictions on the prize?
Prizes are not transferable, reloadable, or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift card terms and conditions apply, including expiry dates.
Additional conditions:
- Entry is only valid for new policies or quotes during the promotional period. Renewals and existing policies do not qualify.
- Fraudulent entries or entries with incorrect details will be disqualified.
- Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility.
- Budget Direct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required.
