WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive a promotional email from the Promoter inviting them to enter this promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter Viva Energy Pty Ltd, Shell, Shell Coles Express service stations, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step- sister or 1st cousin. Employees of the Promoter include employment agency employees who are currently performing work for the Promoter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This promotion commences at 00:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 20/06/2016 and all purchases must be made by 23:59 AEST on 17/07/2016 (“Purchase Period”). Entry into this Promotion commences at 00:00 AEST on 20/06/2016 and all entries must be received by 23:59 AEST on 19/07/2016 (“Entry Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, the entrant must be an Eligible Entrant and must complete the following steps:
a) during the Purchase Period, either Purchase 30 litres or more, in a single transaction of:
(i) Shell V-Power petrol from any Shell Coles Express service station in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, ACT or SA; or
(ii) Shell Unleaded 95 from any Shell Coles Express service station in TAS or NT or at any other Shell Coles Express service station where Shell V-Power petrol is not available nationally. For the sake of clarity, Shell Unleaded 95 can only be purchased at a Shell Coles Express service station in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, ACT or SA if Shell V-Power is not available at that service station for the purposes of entry into this promotion; and
b) during the Entry Period, click on the link within the promotional email sent to the Eligible Entrant by the Promoter, input the requested details including their full name, the full purchase receipt number and site number (found on the purchase receipt) and submit the fully completed online entry form. For clarity, entry into this promotion is only open to the individual recipients of the promotional email form the Promoter directly. Eligibility for entry into this promotion is non-transferrable.
Entry is not available for Shell Card, Fleet Card, Motorcharge or Motorpass purchases. It is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to request a purchase receipt if one is not provided at the time of purchase.
