The competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age. However, it is not open to employees of the Promoter, parties contracted for work related to the competition, those directly involved with the competition, or their immediate family members.

How can one enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must purchase any QV Ceramides product in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse, E-Pharmacy, or My Chemist during the competition period. They must then enter via the promoter's website and provide proof of purchase with a valid receipt number. Eligible products include EGO QV CERAMIDES CLEANSER 1.25KG, EGO QV CERAMIDES CLEANSER PUMP 350G, EGO QV CERAMIDES CREAM 500G, EGO QV CERAMIDES LOTION 1.25L, and EGO QV CERAMIDES LOTION PUMP 350ML. Only one entry is allowed per person per day.

What prizes can be won?
There are ten prizes available, each consisting of a July Gift Card valued at $500 AUD. The prize, or any unused portion of it, is not transferable or exchangeable, and any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. The total prize pool amounts to $5,000 AUD.
How is the winner selected and notified?
Winners will be randomly selected by the digital team using random number generator software at 3.00pm on Thursday, 27 February 2025, at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072. Winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm on the same day. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days, the prize will be redrawn. If necessary, a redraw will occur on Thursday, 27 March 2025, and the winner will be contacted in writing.
