Conditions of Entry
1. The Promoter is BIG4 Holiday Parks (ABN 50 006 437 038) of Suite 2, Level 2, 313 Burwood
Road, Hawthorn, VIC, 3122.
2. This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and
contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies
associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must
first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
3. The competition commences at Let’s Go Caravan & Camping Lifestyle Show between 10am5pm from 12-16 February, followed by the Victorian Caravan, Camping and Touring Super
Show between 9am-5pm from 20- 24 February, the Perth Caravan & Camping Show
between 9am-5pm from 18-22 March, the NSW Caravan, Camping and Holiday Super Show
between 9am-5pm from 28April -5 May and conclude at the Queensland Caravan, Camping
& Touring Supershow between 9am-6pm from 3-8 June. (‘Promotional Period’). All times are
AEDT.
Prize
4. There are two type of prize available for this promotion:
a. Instant Win Prizes which consist of:
i. One of 50 x one-night cabin stay at a participating BIG4 Holiday Parks
ii. One of 50 x one-night site stay at a participating BIG4 Holiday Parks
iii. One of 100 x free BIG4 Holiday Parks memberships for a two (2) year period
each
b. One major prize winner of $1000 BIG4 Gift Card (including GST)
5. The total prize value of the promotion is a $21,000 (including GST)
How to enter
6. The competition is open to all permanent residents aged 18 years and over. To be eligible to
enter individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit the BIG4 Holiday Parks stand at
the Let’s Go Caravan & Camping Lifestyle Show, the Victorian Caravan, Camping and
Touring Super Show, the Perth Caravan & Camping Show, the NSW Caravan, Camping and
Holiday Super Show or the Queensland Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow and
undertake the following steps:
a. Once you have completed the scratch and WIN components, fill in your details on the
back of your competition form and place it in the barrel to be eligible to win either instant
prizes and/or $1000 BIG4 gift card.
b. To be eligible to enter, the entrant must complete all relevant fields including but not
limited to name, address, email address and contact phone number(s).
c. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to subscribing to BIG4 electronic
newsletters. It’s the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details,
including their phone number, email address and Postal address are correct and up to
date when sharing with the promoter if they are deemed a winner.
How to claim an ‘Instant Win Free Prize’
7. To claim an Instant Win Free Prize, the Eligible winner must, during the Promotional Period,
provide their Instant Win Free Prize Scratch and Win Card to any BIG4 staff member or
representative at the BIG4 Stand at the relevant State 2020 Camping and Caravan Show
during the opening hours of the State’s 2020 Camping and Caravan Show that the Instant
Win prize was allocated. Instant Win Free Prizes are not redeemable online.
8. Instant Win Free Prize Scratch and Win Cards may only be redeemed once.
9. Important: Once redeemed, the BIG4 staff member will retain the Instant Win Free Prize
Scratch and Win Card. The Instant Win Free Prize Scratch and Win Card will not be returned
to the winner once redeemed. However, the winner of the Instant Win Free Prize Scratch and
Win will still be eligible to also enter the grand prize $1000 BIG4 gift card competition.
10. Any one (1) Instant Win Free Prize Scratch and Win Card may only be redeemed once.
11. If a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason, then a comparative prize of equal or greater
value will be awarded in lieu subject to legislative approval.
12. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied, except due to unavailability of the
prize. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Instant Win Free Prizes are subject to availability.
14. Any Instant Win Free Prize Scratch and Win Card altered in any way, including but not
limited to mutilating, marking stolen, counterfeit, or defective, will be declared null and void
and ineligible to receive a prize.
15. Instant Win Free Prizes that are not claimed in the time and manner specified in these terms
and conditions will be deemed forfeited. No compensation will be payable if an Eligible
winner is unable to claim an Instant Win Free Prize as stated for whatever reason. The
Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unclaimed an ‘Instant Win Free Prize’
16. The Promoter will not hold any unclaimed prizes. Any unclaimed prizes from the advertised
prize pool will not be distributed after the end of the Promotional Period.
17. Printing errors and other quality control issues outside of the control of the Promoter shall not
be used as the sole basis for the Promoter refusing to issue a prize.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Scratch and Win Card purchases and
to disqualify any Eligible Entrant where the Promoter believes that the Entrant’s participation
or the promotional process has been tampered with or where any purchase or prize
redemption has not been done in accordance with these terms and conditions.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or
correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
20. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions
from an applicable regulatory authority.
21. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or
suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in
the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is
compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and
without liability to the participant.
22. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred,
redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at its sole discretion,
subject to the relevant state regulatory authorities, substitute any prize with one of
comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The
Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, Scratch and Win Cards, or take
responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been
delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products or Scratch and
Win Cards.
Grand prize winner
23. One (1) winner will win the Grand Prize of one (1) $1000 BIG4 Voucher. The winner will be
drawn by barrel at BIG4 Holiday Parks, Suite 2, Level 2, 313 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, VIC,
3122 at 9am on 22nd June 2020.
24. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the competition draw by mail and telephone.

25. If the major prize is not claimed by 5:30pm by 30/09/20 the winner's entry will be deemed
invalid and the prize will be redrawn by barrel at 10am October 1, 2020 BIG4 Holiday Parks,
Suite 2, Level 2, 313 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, VIC, 3122 at 9am on 01
th July 2020.
