The Promoter is conducting the promotion on the flybuys Facebook page between 7 November 2016 and ends on 10 November 2016 at 11:59PM AEST ("Promotional Period").
The offer applies to prospective entrants who enter the competition during this period, and cannot be run in conjunction with any other offer.
Winners will be announced on Friday 11 November 2016. Winners will be notified via Facebook.
To be eligible for the draw prospective entrants must answer in 25 words or less why they want to join Goodlife Health Clubs.
Maximum of 1 entry to the draw per person.
Entrants must be members of flybuys to be eligible to win.
The Prize refers to 10 x 6 month Goodlife Health Clubs membership each valued at $685.70.
The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Winners who are current Goodlife members on a direct debit membership within their minimum term will have the 6 months added to the end of their membership.
Winners who are current Goodlife members on a direct debit membership outside of their minimum term will have their payments stopped for 6 months.
Winners who are current Goodlife members on a paid in full membership will have the 6 months free added to the end of their membership.
Winners who are not current Goodlife members will receive the Prize as a complimentary 6 month Goodlife membership at a club of their choice, applicable from the date of redemption and only following the provision of all relevant personal and contact details to the Promoter.
Winners must contact the Promoter via email social@goodlife.com.au by 10 January 2017 in order to be eligible to claim the Prize. The Prize will not be valid after this date.
The Promoter or the Participating Outlets shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law and the user of the membership indemnifies the Promoter and the Participating Outlet in relation to any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained.
