Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Employees of the Promoter, including all retail staff, and their immediate families (including but not limited to spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, bother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin) and associated agencies, providers and companies of the Promoter associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry to the Promotion is only open to individuals aged 15 years or older. Entrants who are under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian consent to their entry and the parent or guardian of the Entrant is deemed to have consented to and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Parents or Guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent of the Entrant entering this Promotion.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Monday 18 of July 2016 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday 28 of July 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason and from any Entrant during the Promotion Period.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entry is via our Facebook Page on www.facebook.com/michelspatisserie (“Page”) .
To be eligible for entry, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Visit our Page;
(b) Provide a response to our post “Tag someone you'd love to catch up with over coffee and cake and tell us what’s your favourite way to stay warm in winter?”;
(c) Tag someone with an eligible Facebook account; and
(d) Click ‘Post’ to submit a response so that it is received during the Promotion Period (“Entry”).
PRIZE:
Each Winner will receive two (2) Complimentary Coffee and Cake Vouchers (“Prize”) valued at a small standard coffee and ‘Cake of the Day’.
