"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must be directed by a telephone exchange provider to the specific
station in that state of broadcast when calling the station competition line.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day, either:
a) Listen to Kennedy Molloy and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast of a cue to call, and be
selected by the Promoter in accordance with the Judging Details to participate on air during any talk topic.
OR
b) Visit the Website and register their details, including by answering the question specified by the Promoter.
On each Contesting Day, the Promoter will judge all entries received (both on-air and online entries) to determine one Major
Prize Winner per day.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteri All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, entertainment value or as otherwise
specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and
there may be a time factor applied.
Prize Restrictions As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
The voucher is:
• only redeemable on domestic travel within Australia; and
• for $1,000 only. Should the winner’s selected travel package exceed $1,000, the winner will be required to pay the
difference.
