The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 13 years and above. Employees of the Promoter or any related contractors or agencies involved, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter. The competition commenced on April 2nd, 2024, at 9:00 AM and closes on April 19th, 2024, at 9:00 AM.

To enter, participants must fill out the entry form available on the Haigh’s Chocolates website. Eligible entries must correctly answer the question on the form by the competition's end date. The prize consists of 10 "It's All New" Collection hampers, each valued at $155. Each hamper includes 2x Davidson plum block, 2x Salted caramel crunch block, 2x White Almond & orange Block, 2x Nut Brittle, and 2x Whisky Maple & Pecan Fudge.
How will the winners be selected, and when will they be notified?
Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received by the end date of the competition. The draw will take place at 12:00 PM on April 19th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email and required to provide correct delivery details.

What are the terms regarding prize redemption and additional expenses?
Winners must accept the prize as offered and may be required to sign a legal release determined by the Promoter. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of accepting the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will not be liable for lost or damaged prizes.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed or not satisfied by the winner?
If the prize is unclaimed or the winner fails to satisfy the terms by April 22nd, 2024, a second chance draw will occur at 10:00 AM on April 22nd, 2024. All eligible entrants during the competition period will be entered into this draw.
Are there any additional conditions regarding the competition?
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at its discretion. Winners may be requested to provide proof of identity and residency. By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes. The competition is governed by Haigh’s Chocolates' decision, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding disputes.
