WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 26 January 2015 at 00:01am and closes at 22 February 2015 at 23:59pm ("Promotional Period"). The draw will take place at Direct Response at Unit 4, 65 Reserve Rd, Artarmon NSW 2064 on the 9th March 2015 at 11:00am. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw using the contact email address provided in their entry.
 
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any of the current following magazine issues available during the Promotional Period from any participating Woolworths Supermarket store with Australi Woman's Day, OK!, The Australian Woman's Weekly, Weight Watchers, Good Health, NW, Recipes+, Yours, The Australian Women’s Weekly Summer Health & Wellbeing & The Australian Women’s Weekly 2 Day Fast Diet cookbook.
To enter, entrants must then, during the Promotional Period, visit www.winhealthyliving.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including their full name, day time telephone number, mailing address, the Woolworths Supermarket store name where they purchased the participating title from and the last 4 digits of the barcode found on the front cover of each purchased title and submit the fully completed online entry form.
Entrants must retain the original copy of all purchase receipts for all entries as proof of purchase. If a receipt is not available from the store where the participating title(s) were purchased, entrants must provide an original copy of the title magazine cover as proof of purchase. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
