When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 1 January 2025.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must:
1. Make an eligible purchase of $10.00 AUD or more in a single transaction (excluding fuel-only purchases) at a United Petroleum or Quickstop retail store.
2. Use the valid receipt number from their proof of purchase to enter online via the competition website or QR code provided on their receipt or in-store promotional material.
3. Complete the online form with their contact details and proof of purchase information.
Participants may enter multiple times with different receipt numbers.
What prizes can be won and what is the total prize pool value?There are two prize categories in the Festive Summer Giveaway:
1. Weekly Prizes- Twenty (20) winners will each receive a $250 United Fuel Card, valid for three years from the date of activation.
- Total weekly prize value: $5,000 AUD (inclusive of GST).
2. Major Prize- One (1) winner will receive ten (10) RedBalloon gift vouchers valued at $2,000 AUD each.
- These e-gift cards are valid for five years and must be redeemed via the RedBalloon website.
- Total major prize value: $20,000 AUD (inclusive of GST).
The total prize pool value is $25,000 AUD (inclusive of GST).
When and how will the winners be selected?- Weekly prize draws will take place at 1:00 PM AEST on:
- 12 December 2024
- 19 December 2024
- 30 December 2024
- 6 January 2025
- The major prize draw will occur at 1:00 PM AEST on 13 January 2025.
All draws will be conducted electronically at United Petroleum’s office located at Level 2, 9 McKechnie Drive, Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4133.
How will winners be notified?Winners will be notified in writing within two business days of the draw. Their first initial, last name, and postcode will also be published on United Petroleum’s website on 17 January 2025.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?If a winner fails to claim their prize by 17 January 2025, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 11:00 AM AEST on 9 April 2025 at the same location.
