How to Enter:
Register on the Web:
a) During the Competition Period, and to be deemed a valid entry by the Promoter for this Promotion participants must visit the Station Website and fully complete the Live Life Snova online entry form, including by providing their name, address and contact number;
a) All valid entries received in accordance with the above registration process will receive one (1) registered entry (“Registered Entry”) and be eligible to participate further in the Promotion via the “Listen to Win” and “Snova invites you” streams.
Listen to Win:
a) Each Registered Entry received by the Promoter prior to each scheduled Boarding Call Draw will be placed into a random electronic draw in accordance with the Draw Details.
b) For the avoidance of doubt once a Registered Entry has been received by the Promoter, that Registered Entry will be automatically placed into any subsequent Boarding Call Draws.
c) Entrants who are selected from the Boarding Call Draw (up to 3 entrants per Boarding Call Draw) will have their name and suburb announced on air by representatives of the Promoter
d) The selected entrants will have up to a maximum of 15 minutes from the time their name and suburb is announced on-air, (as determined by the Promoter), to call 13 24 10 to be eligible to receive an entry into
the Daily Prize Draw
e) The first selected entrant who successfully calls 13 24 10 and is selected by the Promoter within the specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will receive one (1) entry into that day’s Daily Prize Draw.
f) In addition to the above and at various times during the Competition Period the Promoter may award an entrant a Bonus Prize. Bonus Prizes may be awarded to entrants simply for participating in the Promotion or may be added to a Prize on offer in any Contesting Spot. The offering and awarding of a Bonus Prize is at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Snova invites you:
a) During the Boarding Call Draws the Promoter may randomly select additional Registered Entrants for Live Life Snova and then call those selected entrant/s on the phone number provided in their entry.
b) If the selected entrant answers their phone in-person (as determined by the Promoter) they will receive one (1) entry into the Daily Prize Draw.
Snova’s all in:
a) At various times throughout the Competition Period, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) open the phone lines for a designated period of time (as announced on-air and as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to all listeners and invite them to call 13 24 10 for their chance to receive an entry into the Daily Prize Draw.
b) The first selected entrant who successfully calls 13 24 10 within the specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will receive one (1) entry into that day’s Daily Prize Draw.
Daily Draws:
a) Each weekday all valid entries received (via Listen to Win, Snova invites you and Snova’s all in entry streams) will be placed into a Daily Prize Draw (in accordance with the Draw Details) and one (1) entrant will be randomly selected and be awarded a Prize.
Prizes: There are up to ten (10) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: Trip for two (2) to Thredbo valued at up to $1,024 (inc GST) including: Two (2) x nights’ accommodation at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel (or equivalent) for two (2) people Breakfast daily for two (2) people Two (2) day Thredbo lift only pass per person Two (2) day Ski or Board package (recreational ski or snowboard hire) per person Two (2) day clothing hire (parka & pants) per person
Bonus Prize: There are up to 50 Bonus Prize/s to be won, as follows;
Bonus Prize: The Bonus Prize/s will comprise of one (1) of the following items (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion); A CD valued at up to $20 (inc GST); A DVD valued at up to $20 (inc GST); An item of Nova merchandise valued at up to $20 (inc GST);
