b. Retain the original or a photocopy of the receipt issued at the point of sale at any participating Woolworths stores or Woolworths Online which verifies that the three Eligible Products were purchased in a single transaction during the Promotional Period.

Complete and submit the online entry form, including providing the Woolworths unique receipt number displayed on the Woolworths receipt, full name, address, phone number and email address and any additional information as required by the Promoter and submit the full completed online entry form.
