5. To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
EITHER
a. log onto the Lovable Intimates page on Facebook
(https://www.facebook.com/LovableIntimates) (Lovable Intimates Page);
b. ‘like’ the Lovable Intimates Page. Entrants who have previously ‘liked’ the Lovable Intimates Page will not be required to complete this step;
c. access the promotional application made available on a tab of the Lovable Intimates page (Application);
d. fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form via the Application, including providing the Entrant’s current and valid email address, selecting a photo for which they would like to provide a caption and providing an answer the question “Tell us what summer means to you in this photo in 25 words or less?”
OR
h. download the Instagram application to their mobile device;
i. become a registered user of Instagram. Entrants who are already registered users of Instagram will not be required to complete this step;
j. ensure that the Entrant’s Instagram account is set to ‘public’; and
k. post a photo that shows us what summer means to you and uses the corresponding hashtag of that photo as provided in the Application and the #lovablesummer tag.
The ten (10) Entries judged to be the best Entries in the Promotional period will win a VIP Lovable Summer Edit Prize Pack, valued up to $350.00 (together, the prize). The forty (40) Entries judges to be the runner up entries in the Promotional period will win a Runner Up Lovable Summer Edit Prize Pack, valued up to $240.00 (together, the prize).
Winners who submitted their Entry via Facebook will be requested to provide their details to the Promoter via email or phone in order to be distributed a Prize. Winners who submitted their Entry via Instagram will be requested to provide their address to the Promoter via email or phone in order to be distributed a Prize. The winners will be notified in writing or phone by 12/12/2013. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results of the judging will be taken by the Promoter. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total maximum Prize pool value is $13100.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.
