General Conditions
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Mornington Peninsula RTB Inc to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Australia residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and relatives of Mornington Peninsula RTB Inc. are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.
Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter at their business. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.
Contracted Agency businesses to the Mornington Peninsula, including business owners, managers, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter at their business. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.

Competition Period
Entries open: Tuesday 21st December 2021 at 11.59pm
Entries close: Thursday 3rd March 2022 at 11.59pm
Weekly winners will be announced as per the prize details and conditions each Friday betwee 12pm to 12.30pm on 3MP. Weekly draws will start on Friday 7th January 2022 and will conclude on Friday 4th March 2022.
Entry Method
Entry is via the website www.visitmp.org/win and there is no fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Competition entry is by subscribing to Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism eNewsletter with valid contact details, as required in the entry form.
Over the above promotional period we will be conducting a weekly prize draw live on air with Easy Music 3MP 1377 + DAB between 12pm - 12.30pm on the date of a weekly draw (please see attached list). All entrants that have entered the competition via www.visitmp.org/win, before the weekly cutoff point will be put into the draw for the weekly prize. An entrant will be selected at random and announced on air on the draw date at 12pm each week of the competition.
One entry will be drawn per week from pool of entries collected during the competition opening period, except for Friday 25th February 2022 where there will be 2 winners drawn . We will have a total of 9 weeks of prize draws and 10 weekly winners.
The selected daily winner will win the weekly prize as advertised.
Once selected as a weekly winner, that entrant can no longer be selected as a weekly winner throughout the competition.
Entrants may only enter ONCE in order for the entry form to be deemed valid it must be completed in full. Should an entrant, enter more than once in the draw, their entries will be deemed invalid.
Incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Conditions of entry
Weekly prizes will be available for collection or will be mailed to the recipient within 14 days of providing sufficient ID. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to pick up or confirm their details to receive the prize:
Drivers License
Proof of age card
Current Passport
Defence Force Identification Card
The prize will only be given to the winner on supply of adequate identification to a Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism staff member.
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
Winners must be over the age of 18. No further correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants give Mornington Peninsula RTB Inc permission to also advertise that they have won the prize or voucher and the details of the prizes that they have won – including costs.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material (if required). Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
