PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences on 10th August 2015 at 12:01am AEST and entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 4th October 2015 (Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period undertake the following steps:
purchase any two (2) 150G or 61G Pringles cans, on the same day, at any participating Independent Supermarket (Qualifying Purchase). Participating Independent Supermarket means any participating supermarket nationally including IGA, Supa IGA, Foodland and Foodworks, but excluding all Coles and Woolworths branded supermarkets nationally. For the avoidance of doubt, the two (2) Pringles products do NOT have to be purchased in a single transaction but must be purchased on the same day; and
submit a valid entry form.
To submit a valid entry form, entrants must visit the promotional website at www.winwithpringles.com.au (Promotional Website). Entrants must then fully complete the entry form on the Promotional Website including but not limited to entering the product batch codes printed on the bottom of the Pringles product and a valid email address, and follow the prompts to submit the entry form online during the Promotional Period.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry form permitted per Qualifying Purchase; (b) each entry form must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; (c) only two (2) product batch codes per entry form are permitted; (c) unrecognised batch codes will be deemed invalid; and (d) maximum of one (1) entry form per Entrant per day is permitted.
PRIZES:
RIZES AND DRAWS
Instant Win Prizes
There are a total of one hundred (100) prizes to be won instantly during the Promotional Period (Instant Win Prize). Instant Win Prizes will be awarded randomly during the Promotional Period. Entrants will be notified upon submitting a valid entry form, in accordance with clauses 6 and 7 above, whether they have won an Instant Win Prize.
All valid entries received will be automatically placed in the draw for the Major Prize (as defined below), irrespective of whether they are also the winner of an Instant Win Prize.
Instant Win Prizes will consist of AU$100 cash, to be transferred via EFT into each Instant Win Prize winner's nominated bank account. Upon receiving the Instant Win Prize notification, Instant Win Prize winners must click on the 'Redeem Cash' button to redeem their Instant Win Prize. Instant Win Prize winners will then be directed to a secure page and instructed to provide their EFT details. If an Instant Win Prize winner does not have a bank account, the AU$100 cash will be awarded in the form of a cheque in the Instant Win Prize winner's name as it appears on the winning entry form.
Total Instant Win Prize pool value is AU$10,000.
The Promoter will not, to the fullest extent permitted by law, take any responsibility for any Instant Win Prizes being lost and/or transferred to an inaccurate/incorrectly provided bank account or cheque sent to an inaccurate/incorrectly provided address.
If any Instant Win Prizes are not awarded during the Promotional Period, or are awarded but not claimed in accordance with clause 20, (Remaining Instant Win Prizes) then a draw for those Remaining Instant Win Prizes will take place at 10am on the 7th October 2015 at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina, NSW 2250, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner/s, if any, will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The email will contain a link to a secure page where Remaining Instant Win Prize winners will be instructed to provide their EFT details. If a Remaining Instant Win Prize winner does not have a bank account, the AU$100 cash will be awarded in the form of a cheque in the Remaining Instant Win Prize winner's name as it appears on their winning entry form.
By participating in this Promotion, Entrants consent to the Promoter making a payment into their nominated bank account by EFT transfer. The Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to refuse the award of an Instant Win Prize if an Instant Win Prize winner declines to provide their bank account details, or the details required to enable the Promoter to deliver the Instant Win Prize by cheque.
Instant Win Prizes must be claimed prior to 5th January 2016 by following the link contained in the instant win notification email referred to in clause 18, and Remaining Instant Win Prizes must be claimed prior to 5th April 2016.
Major Prizes
The draw for the Major Prizes (as defined below) will take place at 10:00am AEDST on the 7th October 2015 at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina, NSW 2250. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn. The winners of the Major Prizes (Major Prize Winners) will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published online at www.winwithpringles.com.au from 12th October 2015.
The Major Prize Winners must follow the instructions set out in the winner notification email referred to in clause 21 and respond by 8th January 2016 in order to claim their prize.
Entries will be split into the following five (5) State/Territory groups for the purpose of the Major Prize Draw:
NSW/ACT;
VIC/TAS;
QLD/NT;
SA;
WA.
The first two (2) valid entries drawn per State/Territory group, in the draw for the Major Prize (as defined below) will each win a Xbox One + Kinect bundle, valued at AU$668.95 (Major Prize). Each Xbox One + Kinect bundle will include:

For the avoidance of doubt there will be a total of ten (10) Major Prizes drawn as part of this Promotion, two (2) Major Prizes per State/Territory group set out in clause 23.
