c) agree to allow Facebook Connect to access their profile information or choose to input the requested information manually. Information required will include but is not limited to their gender, age bracket and postcode and may need to be entered manually if it cannot be obtained through their Facebook profile (using Facebook Connect);
d) complete the six (6) quiz questions (relating to their preferences and personality). Once the quiz has been completed entrants will be matched with a Playboy Fragrance based on their answers to the quiz questions; and
e) input the requested details, when prompted, including their full name, email address and contact number (optional) and submit the fully completed online entry form.
