Who can enter the Uber Eats X EA FC Competition?Entry is open to Uber One members who are legally residents in Australia and are eighteen (18) years of age or over. Employees of the Promoter and their Immediate Family Members and Household Members are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 24th September 2023.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, entrants must go to http://ign.com/special/uber-one-fc24 and answer a question in 25 words or less, and they must have a current subscription to an Australian Uber One membership.
What is the prize won, and what is its total worth?There will be a total of one hundred and five (105) winners for the competition. The major Prize Winners will receive an ultimate edition EA Sports FC24 game pass, a VIP meet and greet experience, tickets to the EA Sports FC Launch Event, accommodation, and Uber vouchers. The total estimated retail value of the Prize is twenty three thousand four hundred Australian dollars (AUD$23,400).
What happens if a Prize Winner doesn't claim their prize?Any prizes that have not been claimed by the Prize Winner within one (1) day from the day of notification will be reallocated to the next best eligible entry as determined by the judges. The alternative Prize Winner has one (1) day from the day of notification in which to claim their prize or another alternative Prize Winner will be selected.
How is the Prize Winner determined?Entries will be judged based on the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question. The one hundred and five (105) winners will be selected based on creativity (75%) and literary quality (25%).
Can the Prize be transferred or exchanged for cash?The Prize must be accepted as stated and cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for other goods and services, or redeemed as cash in whole or in part.
What happens if the competition cannot run as planned?If the competition cannot run as planned due to various reasons, including technical issues, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
What are the laws governing the competition?These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales, Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the competition.
