Elucent Consumer Competition - Terms and Conditions1. Who is organizing the competition?The competition is organized by CW Media PTY LTD on behalf of the Chemist Warehouse and e-Pharmacy group.
2. When can you enter and how?- Entries are accepted from 17 August 2023 at 00:01am AEST until 3 September 2023 at 11:59pm AEST.
- To enter, purchase any Elucent product in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse, E-Pharmacy, or My Chemist (in-store or online) during the promotional period.
- Provide proof of purchase by submitting a valid purchase receipt number online through the provided websites:

3. Who can enter?- The competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
- Not open to employees of the Promoter, contracted parties, those directly involved, and immediate family members of these parties.
4. What's the prize?- There will be 15 winners, each receiving a Dr Dennis Gross DRx Spectralite Faceware Pro mask.
- The retail value of each mask is $709.
- The total prize pool value is $10,635.
5. How will the winner be selected?- Winners will be randomly selected using automated competition drawing software (Draw My Comp, approval no: 949).
- Selection will occur at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 by 3:00pm on Friday, 15 September 2023.
- Winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5:00pm on the same day.
6. Unclaimed Prize and Re-draw:- If a prize remains unclaimed within one month after the initial draw, the promoter will attempt to deliver the prize to the winner.
- After three months, if the prize still cannot be delivered, the promoter will notify the relevant authorities and may re-draw the winner.
7. Privacy and Use of Personal Information:- Entrants' personal information is collected for eligibility verification, conducting the competition, and winner notification.
- Entrants' personal information may be disclosed as required by relevant lottery legislation.
- Entrants' consent to the use of their personal information for verification and promotional purposes.
8. Discontinuation and Disqualification:- The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue or modify the competition at its discretion.
- The Promoter may disqualify entries that don't comply with terms or that are tampered with.

10. Publication of Winner's Details:- The winner's details will be published on the provided websites on Monday, 18 September 2023, and will remain posted for at least 28 days.
