1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Outlets (as definedbelow) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate familymeans any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whethernatural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt,niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.4. Promotion commences on 03/07/2019 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30/07/2019(“Promotional Period”).5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, spend $30 or more onany Jack Daniel’s product/s in a single transaction at a Participating Outlet (“QualifyingTransaction”). At the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, individuals will be handedan entry flyer by a staff member which contains a unique code (“Unique Code”), while stockslast. In the event an entry flyer containing a Unique Code is not automatically handed to them,it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.6. A participating outlet is any Bottlemart or Sip N Save outlet nationally that displays advertisingmaterial for this promotion (each a “Participating Outlet”).7. To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:• Visit www.bottlemart.com.au/jack-daniels-drinks-trolley (for Qualifying Transactionsmade at Bottlemart) OR www.sipnsave.com.au/jack-daniels-drinks-trolley (forQualifying Transaction made at Sip N Save);• Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;• Input the requested details into the online entry form (including their full name, date ofbirth, address, email address, telephone number and the Unique Code); and then• submit the fully completed online entry form.8. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and Unique Code(s) for all entries asproof of purchase. Failure to produce the required proof of purchase for all entries whenrequested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of anentrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specifythe store of purchase, that $30 or more was spent on Jack Daniel’s product/s, and that thepurchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breachedany of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in anyunlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of thepromotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by thePromoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offenderare reserved.10. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted perQualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent in excess of $30 on Jack Daniel’sproduct/s in that transaction); (b) only one (1) Unique Code is permitted per entry; (c) thesame Unique Code cannot be used more than once; (d) unrecognised Unique Codes will be 2deemed invalid; (e) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entryrequirements; and (f) a maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted.11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.13. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway,Erina NSW 2250 on 05/08/2019 at 4:00pm AEST, in the presence of an independentscrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order incase an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified in writing withintwo (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published online atwww.bottlemart.com.au/jack-daniels-drinks-trolley and www.sipnsave.com.au/jack-danielsdrinks-trolley from 19/08/2019.14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.15. The first fifteen (15) valid entries drawn will each win a Jack Daniel’s branded Drinks Trolleyvalued at $2,000. For the removal of doubt, the prize includes the Drinks Trolley only (i.e. theDrinks Trolley will be empty). No alcohol will be awarded as part of the prize.16. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute theprize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions froma regulatory authority.17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeemthe prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and will not beredeemable for cash.18. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers areadvised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & MedicalResearch Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor servingpolicy.19.
