Ryobi "Storage Makeover" Competition - Terms and Conditions1. Who is the promoter?Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 002 277 509) located at 31 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149.
2. Who can enter?Australian residents aged 18 or over are eligible to enter.
3. Who can't enter?Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. When does the competition run?The competition runs from 12:01 AM (AEST) on August 14th, 2023, to 11:59 PM (AEST) on September 3rd, 2023.
5. How do I enter?To enter:
- Visit the website directly or click on the Promoter's sponsored competition post on social media.
- Fill out and submit the entry form, including a photo of your space in need of a storage makeover and other requested information.
- Entries must not promote goods or services other than the Promoter's.
6. How will winners be chosen?Winners will be selected based on entries judged by the Promoter or appointed judge/s using selected criteria, such as suitability for a LINK storage system. The 5 best entries each week will win a prize.
7. What are the prizes?There are 15 prizes available over a 3-week period, 5 per week. Each prize is a Ryobi LINK makeover Kit valued at RRP $3,000.92, including a Ryobi LINK Modular Storage System and Ryobi tools.
8. When will winners be informed?Winners will be notified by phone and email within 10 business days of determination and published on the Ryobi website on October 3rd, 2023.
9. What's the total prize pool?The total prize pool is RRP $45,013.80.
10. How many times can I enter?You can only enter once.
11. How long do I have to claim an unclaimed prize?Unclaimed prize claim date is 5pm (AEDT) on December 4th, 2023.
12. What happens if a winner can't be contacted?If a winner can't be contacted by the prize claim date, the prize may be re-awarded to Reserve Entrant/s or withdrawn as unawarded.
13. Can the Promoter use my personal information?Winners must participate in promotional activity as required and consent to the Promoter using their name and image for promotional purposes.
