When can participants enter the Sweepstakes?The Sweepstakes begins on April 17, 2023, at 09:00 AM PDT and ends on May 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM PDT.
How can participants enter the Sweepstakes?Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/uXLc3/baseus-new-releaseearbuds-giveawaya-deep-dive-into-music and passing any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
What prize can participants win and what is the total worth of the prize?The Winner will receive the following prizes: 10 winners will receive New Arrivals, 3 winners will receive Baseus New Release Earbuds, and 3 winners will receive Baseus Bowie M2 Earphones. The actual or appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
How is the winner selected and notified?The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
