The competition (“Competition”) involves entrants applying for free tickets to either the 9pm session or the midnight session of the 2013 New Year’s Eve fireworks display on the Cahill Expressway, Circular Quay (“Event”).
Entry is open only to persons who are NSW residents at the time of entering.
To enter, entrants must complete and submit an accurate and valid online entry via rms.nsw.gov.au (“the Competition Website”) from 12.01am, on Friday 1 November 2013 to 11:59pm Sunday 10 November 2013. All references to time are local in Sydney, Australia.

The first 900 eligible entrants drawn from the pool of entrants for the 9pm fireworks session will be deemed the prize-winners for the 9pm session of the Event. Each winner will receive a family pass for five (5) people to watch the 9pm session.
The first 845 eligible entrants drawn from the pool of entrants for the midnight fireworks session will be deemed the prize-winners for the midnight session of the Event. Each winner will receive a family pass for five (5) people to watch the midnight session.
The family pass consists of five (5), individually bar-coded wristbands (“tickets”). All five bar-codes displayed on each ticket are linked to the entrant’s registration details, and the entrant’s name will appear on the tickets for identification purposes.
The Promoter will not re-issue lost or stolen tickets to the Event.
