These are the terms and conditions for The Oodie’s AFL Giveaway 2023, conducted by DAVIE CLOTHING PTY LTD (ABN 84 629 766 703):
The competition runs from 2nd March 2023 at 9am AEST and entries close on 26th March 2023 at 11:59pm AEST, or when the allocation of prizes is exhausted.
The competition is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Entrants must provide accurate and honest information on the entry form, and only one entry per person is allowed during the competition period.
To enter, participants must visit the website (theoodie.com/pages/afl-giveaway) and complete the online entry form.
The winners will be instantly drawn and notified of the outcome.
There are 18 prizes to be won, one for each AFL team, with a total prize value of $1,512 AUD. Winners will be contacted via email to claim their prize, and they must do so within 30 days of being notified or they forfeit their prize.
The Promoter is not liable for any prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or amend the competition at its absolute discretion, including to close the competition within the competition period or to exclude any entrant in its absolute discretion.
By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, but they can unsubscribe from these at any time.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the award of any prize or the pronouncement of a winner or winners.
The Promoter takes no responsibility if any elements of the prize are changed, moved, cancelled, or not available for any unforeseen reason or for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control.
Participants indemnify the Promoter and its related entities against any claim, action, proceeding, loss, or expense arising out of any liability for claims by a third party, or any claims they may have, caused by or in connection with their participation in the competition or the acceptance of any prize.
