PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 8:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 5 November 2014 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Monday, 19 January 2015, or until stocks of Eligible Products (defined below) are exhausted, if this occurs earlier than the closing date. The Promoter has the right to extend the Promotion in its absolute discretion (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to claim a Discount in respect of an Eligible Product, an individual, being a natural person (and for clarity not a company, business or organisation of any description, or an employee of the Promoter, a Participating Store or any agency associated with this Promotion, or any immediate family member of such person), must, :
during the Promotional Period be an Australian resident, aged 18 years or over;
purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Store between the commencement of the Promotional Period and 11:59pm (AEDT on Wednesday 31 December 2014; and
during the Promotional Period, visit the Promotion Website and:
enter their Participating Product’s international mobile station equipment identity code ("IMEI") located on the Participating Product’s packaging;
review the available Eligible Products and the corresponding Discounts as at the time that the IMEI code is entered;
select up to three (3) of the available Eligible Products they would like to purchase, subject to Samsung's confirmation of the eligibility of the claimant, from the ‘Samsung Safe’ section of the Promotion Website; and
complete the claim form including nominating the Eligible Products they would like to purchase, and providing their full name, date of birth, address, contact number, email address, and submitting the claim form,
(each an "Eligible Claimant").
Each Eligible Claimant may select up to three (3) Eligible Products for their RRP, less the corresponding Discount. The models of Eligible Products and the percentage of the Discount applicable to each model are listed on the Promotion Website from time to time and are available by downloading a PDF extract of the Eligible Products, and the Discount applicable to each available Eligible Product from time to time. Such information is also made available to an Eligible Claimant at the time the IMEI is entered in respect of a Participating Product. Each Eligible Claimant is able to choose up to three (3) Eligible Products to which corresponding Discounts will apply provided that no more than one (1) Eligible Product is selected from any one (1) category set out immediately below.
