WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is open only to Qantas Frequent Flyer members aged 18 or over who are residents of Australia (Eligible Entrants) excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 12:01am on 14 July 2015 and closes at 11:59pm on 25 August 2015 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period, make an online purchase through the Online Mall at either:
a) NET-A-PORTER.COM https://onlinemall.qantaspoints.com/info/81336/16260/net-a-porter/afsrc=1; and/or
b) MR PORTER https://onlinemall.qantaspoints.com/info/81336/16259/mr-porter/afsrc=1
Eligible Entrants will receive one entry into the relevant draw for each transaction made in accordance with clause 5 above. No minimum spend required. Any product returned that was purchased during the Promotion Period will not receive an entry in the draw
Multiple entries permitted.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
The time of entry will be deemed to be the time when payment for the purchase is confirmed.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
PRIZES:
There will be two (2) prizes.
Draw 1 - from purchases made through the Online Mall at NET-A-PORTER.COM.
The first eligible entry drawn will win a AU$2,000 online credit to their NET-A-PORTER account. The Draw 1 total prize value is AU$2,000.
Draw 2 - from purchases made through the Online Mall at MR PORTER.
The first eligible entry drawn will win the equivalent of a AU$2,000 online credit to their MR PORTER account, converted to GBP as per the exchange rate at Oanda two (2) business days after the draw as per clause 11 above. The Draw 2 total prize value is AU$2,000.
The maximum total prize pool value is AU$4,000 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
