1. General
(a) Adore Beauty HQ, 3-4 / 177 Beavers Road, Northcote 3070 and APG&Co Pty Limited (SPORTSCRAFT) ABN 36 155 404 826, 830 Elizabeth Street, Waterloo NSW 2017
are the promoters.
(b) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
(c) By entering this competition promoted by APG&Co Pty Limited (SPORTSCRAFT) and Adore Beauty you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by APG&Co Pty Limited (SPORTSCRAFT) and Adore Beauty.
(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, APG&Co Pty Limited (SPORTSCRAFT) Adore Beauty includes its parents, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.
2. Entry requirements
(a) Entrants must be legal residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older as of the beginning of the contest period.
(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of Sportscraft and Adore Beauty are not eligible to enter the Competition.

(d) To enter, Eligible Entrants must tell us in 25 words or less: What is your favourite beauty and/ or style tip?(e) Sportscraft and Adore Beauty reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
(f) Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Sportscraft and Adore Beauty if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.
(g) There will be two winners of the competition. The two winners will be chosen at random electronic selection. The two seperate prizes are will win $250 Sportscraft voucher to spend online & in all free standing stores at Sportscraft excluding concessions and one $250 voucher from Adore Beauty to spend on items online at Adore Beauty. The total value of each prize is $500 AUD.
(h) All entries must include full contact details: full name and email address.
(i) Any person who fails to provide the full information in the manner requested as part of the entry process will not be eligible for any competition prize.
(j) Entries to this competition open at 10am AEDT 3rd Novmeber 2016 and will close midnight AEDT 16th November 2016.
(k) Sportscraft and Adore Beauty reserve the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. 3. Judging
(a) The two winners will be drawn at the Adore Beauty office at Unit 3-4 / 177 Beavers Road, Northcote, VIC 3070.
(b) This competition is a game chance.
(c) The prize winner will be notified by email at the details provided in their entry. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winners. Sportscraft and Adore Beauty will not be liable to any prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.
(d) If Sportscraft and Adore Beauty are unable to contact the prize winner after reasonable efforts, Sportscraft and Adore Beauty may assign the prize to the entry judged the next most creative answer in the competition.
(e) The draw of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ draw.
4. Prizes
(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
(b) Sportscraft and Adore Beauty will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.
(c) If a prize referred to in this competition becomes unavailable for any reason Sportscraft and Adore Beauty reserves the right to substitute that prize for a similar item of similar value.
(d) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sportscraft and Adore Beauty accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
(e) Two winners will receive one $250 Sportscraft voucher to spend online at Sportscraft and one $250 voucher from Adore Beauty to spend on items online at Adore Beauty. The total value of each prize is $500 AUD per prize.
(f) Voucher must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.
(g) Prize winners agree to participate in any promotional activity promoting Sportscraft and Adore Beauty prize sponsors and/or the competition at the reasonable request of Sportscraft and Adore Beauty.
5. Intellectual Property
(a) Sportscraft and Adore Beauty may publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the entrants’ winning submission and/or prize winners’ names for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation.
6. Warranties
(a) Entrants warrant and represent to Sportscraft and Adore Beauty that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.
(b) If Sportscraft and Adore Beauty become aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions, Sportscraft and Adore Beauty may deem that prize winner ineligible.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are to be construed according to the competition laws of Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of each state and territory.
