    The prize promotion is available to residents in the UK, US, Australia, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and France who are 18 years or over, excluding employees and immediate families of Microsoft, Asus, Intel, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Void where prohibited by local law.
    No purchase necessary.
    Entry is via http://insearchofincredible.ninemsn.com.au/competition. Entrants will need to visit the page, answer a skill based question and then fill in their details including; name, email address, age, telephone and accept the terms and conditions of the promotion and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
    One entry per person or per email address. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
    Prize promotion starts on December 17th 2012 GMT. Closing date for receipt of entries, 23.59 February 22nd 2013. All entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.
    There are 2 prizes to be won in each country.Each prize is an Asus Zenbook.
    Asus / Intel is not responsible for incorrect e-mail or postal addresses or for problems with entries or claims caused by any factors outside its control.
    2 winners in in each country will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries under independent supervision within 5 working days of the closing date and notified by email within 7 working days.
    The winner must respond within 28 days from the date of notification to accept their prize and provide their preferred delivery address.
    In the event any claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
    There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
    The winners agree to participate in related unpaid publicity related to the promotion.
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be responsible for any applicable taxes.
    Winners’ names and counties / localities will be available online on http://insearchofincredible.ninemsn.com.au/competition after the closing date and for a period of 1 month.
    Where there are exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect on participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
    Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
    Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries or claims and the Promoter is not responsible for any late or misdirected delivery of communications (email or otherwise), except in the event of wilful intent on the part of the Promoter or its agents.

    By entering this promotion you agree to these term and conditions which will at that time become binding between you and the Promoter

    These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute
