The Promotion commences at 9am (AEDT) on Friday, 6 March 2015 and ends at 5:30pm (AEST) on Thursday, 30 April 2015 ("Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter to win a Prize, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over, or if under the age of 18, have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian, and be a natural person (and for clarity not a company, business or organisation of any description, or an employee of the Promoter or any agency associated with this Promotion, or any immediate family member of such person);
b) purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer; and
c) either:
i. request an entry form for the Promotion from a staff member of the Participating Retailer from which the Participating Product was purchased, complete all of the mandatory fields on the entry form (including the entrant's full name, residential address, valid email address, telephone number and the Participating Product’s international mobile station equipment identity code ("IMEI")) and submit the completed entry form to a staff member of the Participating Retailer; or
ii. visit the website www.samsung.com.au/a3-car-promo ("Website") and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, and complete the all of the mandatory fields on the online entry form (including the entrant's full name, residential address, valid email address, telephone number and the Participating Product’s IMEI) and follow the prompts to submit the completed entry form, (each eligible entry an "Entry" and each eligible entrant an “Eligible Entrant”).
