4. To enter the promotion, persons must, within the Promotional Period, view the ANZ Facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/ANZAustralia) about the Australian Open Finals Ticket competition: I. Respond in the comments section of the post to the question ‘In 25 words or less, tell us why you want to take on the ANZ Financial Wellbeing Challenge this year?’ as instructed in the Facebook post. There is a limit of one entry per entrant.
5. The winners will be drawn at 12.00pm AEDT on Monday 15 February 2021 at ANZ Centre, 833 Collins Street, Docklands, VIC 3008. The winners will be notified via a comment or reply from ANZ Australia on the entrants Facebook post requesting winners to Private Message ANZ Australia no later than 12:00pm AEDT, Tuesday 16 February 2021 in order to claim the prize, providing their full name, mobile number and email address.
6. ANZ, Tennis Australia and Victorian Health authorities have your health and safety as a main priority. As such, details provided as part of your acceptance of the prize will be used for our COVID-19 Privacy Collection and contact tracing. Ensure all details supplied are correct and up to date. 7. The prize-winners will be selected from all entries received based on the responses which are deemed to be the most creative.
8. There will be two (2) prize draws and two (2) prize winners who will each receive a double pass to either the Australian Open Women’s Final valid for Saturday 20 February 2021 valued at $851.00 including GST or the Australian Open Men’s Final valid for Sunday 21 February 2021 valued at $1265.00 including GST. The total retail prize value is $2,116.00 including GST. Flights and accommodation is not included and no compensation will be paid in lieu.
9. All Australian Open tickets are issued subject to the Australian Open Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry 2021 (which can be found online at https://ausopen.com/conditions-of-sale-entry).
10. All tickets will be distributed electronically. In line with Tennis Australia’s ticket management, the winners will be required to register an account with Ticketmaster, using the same full name, mobile number and email address provided to ANZ when claiming the prize, in order to access their e-tickets. The Winners’ guests’ will also be required to provide all individual details including full name, mobile number and email address, plus register for a Ticketmaster account. The e-tickets will be issued directly to each ticket holder by Ticketmaster within 48 hours of either the Women’s Finals Match or the Men’s Finals Match. Further details regarding the Ticketmaster registration will be provided in the e-ticket email communications.
11. ANZ will randomly assign each of the winners to either the Women’s Finals Tickets or the Men’s Finals Tickets.
12. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash.
13. Tax implications may arise from the prize winnings. Independent advice should be sought.
14. All entries, prize images and any copyright subsisting in the entries and prize images become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
15. The prize winners’ consent to having their name and entry they submit as part of this Promotion to be used by the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion (including being posted to ANZ’s social media pages) and for other future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
16. The prize winners’ consent to Tennis Australia Limited using their personal information and photographing/recording their image while they are participating in the any activity or event run or organised by Tennis Australia which constitutes part of the Prize. The prize winners’ agree that any such photographs, electronic images, sound recording or video footage may be used by Tennis Australia in resources and reports, or promotional, advertising or marketing materials, without any further notice or payment to them.
17. Each entrant represents and warrants to ANZ that neither the entry (nor its submission) will breach any law or regulation or the rights of any third party (including any privacy law).
18. ANZ reserves the right to rejudge in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize by 12.00pm AEDT, Wednesday 17 February 2021. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, ANZ will award the prize to the next entry deemed to be the most creative. The winner will be notified via a comment or reply from ANZ Australia to the entrants Facebook post.
19. ANZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20. ANZ will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by entrants.
21. ANZ reserves the right to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or cancel any competition if it is no longer able to run the competition due to reasons beyond its control, subject to state legislation. ANZ will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
