1. The promoter is JOHNNY BIGG, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017 ABN 48 168 371 015 phone 1300 564 669 who will facilitate the draw, fulfilment and management of the prize. Australia only.
2. To be eligible to win the prize you must like the JOHNNY BIGG Australia Facebook page, enter your name, email address, be over the age of 18 years and answer the question in less than 25 words. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. Entrants may choose to unlike the JOHNNY BIGG Australia Facebook page at anytime, however you must be a Liker at the time of the winners being notified in order to redeem your prize. Should you not be a Liker of the JOHNNY BIGG Facebook page at time of the winners being notified, you will forfeit the prize.
3. The promotion commences at 6:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEST) on Sunday 8 May 2016 and closes at 10:00am (AEDT) on Monday 20 June 2016 (the Promotion Period).
4. JOHNNY BIGG will select the winners provided the above conditions have been met. The winners will be selected at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 21 June 2016 at the location JOHNNY BIGG, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017. The winners will be notified no later than 11.30am (AEDT) on the 22 June 2016 via phone and email.
JOHNNY BIGG accepts no responsibility for unanswered, unread or late responses once the winners have been notified. The winners will be asked to confirm their email, full contact details including postal address and phone number.
5. The prize includes – 
1 x PS4 Playstation 4 console bundle and $250 worth of full priced JOHNNY BIGG clothing, footwear and accessories of the winners choice. The total prize value is RRP $1000.

The prize cannot be picked up from a location; the prize will be sent via Australia Post to the nominated address. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded online or in stores.
6. If the prize is unclaimed it will be redrawn at 10:00am on 22 September 2016 at JOHNNY BIGG, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing.
7. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. JOHNNY BIGG cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to incorrectly provided address details.
8. Employees of JOHNNY BIGG and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion. 
9. JOHNNY BIGG reserves the right to withdraw a prize and redraw an alternate winner/s should we suspect these terms and conditions are not being adhered to or if the winner/s is suspected of dishonest conduct.
10. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
11. Entrants can obtain additional entries to the competition by following Johnny Bigg on Instagram www.instagram.com/johnnybigg and referring friends via the competition microsite.
12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
13. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to JOHNNY BIGG and not to Facebook or Instagram.
14. This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
15. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities.
