PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
A. purchase any Centrum or Caltrate product from any participating Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, Discount Vitamin Warehouse Pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse online store or ePharmacy online store; and then
B. visit www.centrumcaltrateholiday.com.auExternal Links icon, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, telephone and address details together with the barcode of the purchased Centrum or Caltrate product and submit the fully completed online entry form. Unrecognised barcode numbers will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES:
The first two (2) valid entries drawn will each win a trip for two (2) adults to the destination of their choice, out of either Bali or Thailand. Each prize is valued at up to AUD $9,600, depending on date and point of departure, and includes:
