Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Priceline General Terms & Conditions which may be viewed at https://www.priceline.com.au/priceline-policies/terms-and-conditions.
3. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
4. This offer is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years who are Sister Club members. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences on 7 July 2017 at 7:00am, and concludes on 1 August 2017 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEST.
How to enter
6. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Visit www.priceline.com.au and follow links to the Beauty of You survey.
b) Complete the Beauty of You survey.
c) Entrant must provide all requested details on the entry form, including but not limited to their first name, last name, email, state, age, and Sister Club membership number.
d) Submit fully completed entry form.
7. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
8. Participants will receive only one entry per completed entry form. Only one entry may be submitted per valid email address.
9. The winning entries will all be drawn at random at 58 Irving Road, Toorak 3142 at 10am (AEST)on 7 August 2017.
10. The winners will be notified via email and/or phone. The names of the winners will also be published on www.priceline.com.au the day after the draw and in The Australian on 16 August 2017.
11. If neither a phone number or email address of the winner are supplied or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
12. The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
13. If any of the prizes are not claimed by 10:00am on 7 October 2017, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 11:00am on 7 October 2017 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities.
Major Prize
14. There will be two (2) major prize winners of the Beauty of You Sister Club competition, who will each win a 10-night ‘Discover Vanuatu’ P&O cruise on Pacific Explorer. Each prize is valued at approximately $6,350 and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The prize entitles the winner and a guest to:
• Return economy airfares to Sydney Airport from the winner’s nearest capital city (valued at approximately $1,100, depending on the location of the winner).
• Return private car transfers from Sydney Airport to White Bay Cruise Terminal or Overseas Passenger Terminal (valued at approximately $200)
• Ten (10) nights’ accommodation aboard the Pacific Explorer in a Balcony Room (valued at approximately $4,450). Pricing is based on a 10-night ‘Discover Vanuatu’ cruise X836 aboard Pacific Explorer departing 23 July 2018. Pricing is subject to change.
• 2 x $300 vouchers to use in the Day Spa on board the Pacific Explorer.
• Dining in select restaurants (Main meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner from The Pantry or a la carte menu at Waterfront Restaurant. Dinner at Angelo’s and Dragon Lady. More dining options are available on board but are not included in this prize).
• Entry into all bars, pubs and nightclubs on the Pacific Explorer.
• Access to select activities and entertainment (e.g. stage shows, live music, cinema, adults-only sit down comedy, swimming pools, dance classes, gym, spas, deck games and more).
15. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers, including Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises Australia, ABN 23 107 998 443. Please refer to the relevant third party prize supplier website for applicable terms and conditions.

17. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
18. The winner and any guests must arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel. The winner and any guests may be required to provide evidence of such travel insurance as a condition of accepting the prize.
19. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to include list of exclusions such as current passports, visas, additional meals, spending money, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

21. The first 5,000 Sister Club Members to complete the Beauty of You survey will be awarded 30 bonus Sister Club Points. Total points to be Points to be given away is 150,000. Points may take up to two (2) months to appear in the winner’s Sister Club membership account. 22. The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $14,068.75.
Other
23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
25. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
26. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
27. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
28. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoter without remuneration or compensation. Entrant may be required to sign further documentation to give effect to this arrangement as a condition of being awarded the prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive any moral rights in their entry.
29. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, entry and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
30. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.

Entrants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, and that any queries, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. In participating in this promotion, entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. To the extent permitted by law, entrant releases Facebook from all liability in relation to this promotion.
