All entrants must be over the age of 18, or of legal drinking age in their country of residence ('Eligible Entrants'). Directors, management, employees, contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, VisitVineyards® Pty Ltd (ABN 11 128 697 950), and their respective related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this promotion, and the families of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, are ineligible to enter this promotion.To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, visit www.visitvineyards.com and enter the promotion using their name, address and a valid e-mail address and phone number where required. Incomplete entries cannot be considered. Eligible Entrants must be VisitVineyards.com subscribers or members.Eligible Entrants can register only once per promotion, and will receive one entry only into the draw. Duplicate entries will be removed.A draw will be held at the end of each month, or at the end of each promotion period, commencing 1 April 2007.The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost or misdirected entries.The draw or selection of a winner (if based on merit of entry) will take place at midday on 1st of each month or nearest subsequent business day ('Draw Date'), unless otherwise notified, at the offices of VisitVineyards® Pty Ltd (ABN 11 128 697 950), PO Box 488, North Hobart, Tasmania 7002.
