Upload a photo to show how you wear your Skagen while getting ready for the holidays! Then get ready to drum up votes for your photo! The male with the most votes will receive a stocking with SKS0089 and 233XLTTM. The female with the most votes will receive a stocking with 355Smm1, JNSS029 and JGSS029M.
1.    The official name of the Contest is “Hjem for the Holidays” The Contest is sponsored by Skagen Denmark. (“Skagen”), 901 S. Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas 75080.
2.    All entries must be submitted online using the entry form available on the Skagen Denmark Facebook fan page www.Facebook.com/SkagenDenmark . All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm, pacific standard time, on December 9, 2012. The Contest began on November 27, 2012 at 12:00am PST.
3.    NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY AND NO PAYMENT OR FEE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
4.    The Contest is open to individuals who are age 21 or older. Each individual may submit only one entry. Any individual submitting more than one entry or not meeting any other terms of these rules may forfeit all entries at Skagen’s discretion. Entrants must be a fan of the Skagen Denmark fan page located at www.Facebook.com/SkagenDenmark.
5.    To enter the contest, entrants must upload an original photo of themselves showing how they wear their Skagen Denmark watch to get ready for the holidays. By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants (i) that the photo is their own (ii) that the entrant has all global rights necessary or appropriate to post the image on the Skagen Denmark fan page, (iii) that Skagen is legally entitled to post their photo on the Skagen Denmark Facebook fan page without any further consent, release or compensation, and (iv) that the entrant will execute such further releases consistent with these rules as Skagen shall request. All submissions become the property of Skagen. Entrants must completely fill out and submit the entry form, including an email address. Information collected on the entry form is subject to Skagen’s privacy policy available at www.skagen.com.
6.    Contest winners will be determined through a voting process as determined by Skagen and administered on the Skagen Denmark Facebook fan page. Skagen Denmark fans are encouraged to vote on their favorite submission one time per day during the voting period, which is expected to be December 10, 2012 through December 13, 2012. There are two Grand Prize winners (one male and one female). The winner is determined by obtaining the most votes during the public voting period. Voting ends on December 13, 2012 at 11:59pm PST and the winners will be notified on December 14, 2012.
7.    The Grand Prize for the male winner is a Christmas stocking containing the 233XLTTM (watch) and SKS0089 (sunglasses). The Grand Prize for the female winner is a Christmas stocking containing the 355Smm1 (watch), JNSS029 (necklace), and JGSS029M (bracelet.)  The retail value of which are $230 and $240 respectively.
8.    Neither Skagen or any other individual or business involved in this contest shall have any liability with respect to the contest other than the award of the prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The following persons are ineligible to enter this Contest : employees or directors of Skagen or any of its affiliates; employees or directors of any official Skagen wholesale distributor or its affiliates; and family members of any such person (spouse, parents, children, step-children, siblings, dependents and other persons who live in the same household).
9.    This Contest is void where prohibited by law or where the Contest rules are contrary to law.
10.    Skagen reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it.
