TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE “SOUL ORIGIN OLYMPICS SCRATCH AND WIN” (PROMOTION)
The Promoter is Soul Origin – (Promoter).
Information on how to enter and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions of Entry).
Your entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance by you of these Conditions of Entry.
You are responsible for ensuring your familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will commence at 07:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 30 July 2016 and conclude at 23:59 AEST on 31 August 2016 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
To be an Eligible Entry/Entrant:
Entrants who spend $10.00 at any Soul Origin Store in one transaction will be issued with a Promotional Scratch Card. Entrants then scratch the card to reveal a sport that is being held at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games.
If Australia wins a gold medal in that sport, the entrant will win one (1) regular sized salad which can be redeemed at any Soul Origin store. The entrant will need to sacrifice the scratch card in order to redeem their prize.
If Australia wins a silver or bronze medal in that sport, the entrant will win one (1) small sized coffee which can be redeemed at any Soul Origin store. The entrant will need to sacrifice the scratch card in order to redeem their prize.
Entrants must redeem their scratch cards during the promotional period in order to receive their prize.
Second Chance Draw
Entry is only via the internet.
To enter and be eligible to win, you must, during the Promotion Period:
Visit the Online Entry Site: www.SoulOrigin.com.au,  and follow the links to the Promotion entry page; and
    Fully complete and submit the online Promotion entry form on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including all details required on the Online Entry Form, including but not limited to your first name, last name, postal address, contact phone number, and email address.
    You may only submit one (1) Eligible Entry in the Promotion.
    Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website are your sole responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. All Eligible Entrants must submit their entry manually using an internet browser.
    The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all time.
    Incomplete, ineligible, indecipherable or incorrect entries (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) are not eligible to win.
    Your entry is deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not time of transmission by you.
SECOND CHANCE PRIZE
The prize pool for the second chance draw includes one of each of the following:
Surfers Paradise Holiday which includes return domestic flights from Sydney Domestic Airport to Gold Coast Domestic Airport and 5 nights’ accommodation up to an amount not exceeding $1100;  and
Bondi Beach Holiday which includes return domestic flights from Brisbane Domestic Airport to Sydney Domestic Airport and 3 nights’ accommodation up to an amount not exceeding $1100.
There will only be two second chance prizes given to two winner Entrants.
VERIFICATION
If requested by the Promoter, you must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, appropriate photo identification or other documentation, to verify your identity.
Prizes will only be awarded following all verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
All entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name. Entrants who enter using an alias (such as multiple names, addresses and/or email addresses) will be disqualified.
PRIZE DRAWS AND PRIZE INFORMATION
A prize draw will be conducted at 10:00 AEST on 02 September 2016 from all Eligible Entries received up until 23:59 AEST 31 August 2016.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
All prize winners will be notified in writing via email and by phone following the prize draw, with details regarding how to claim their prize. Winners will also be published on www.soulorigin.com.au and www.facebook.com/soulorigin
ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL COSTS
Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the prize and must be borne by the winner.
