Information on how to enter and prizes available form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion/contest, entrants fully, unconditionally and irrevocably:
(a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Promoter’s interpretations of these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Promoter which are final and binding with regard to all matters relating to this promotion/contest;
(b) release and hold harmless each of the Promoter and associated agencies associated with this promotion against any and all claims, injury, cost damage or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to such entrant’s participation in this promotion/contest; and/or
(c) use or misuse or redemption any and/or all prizes distributed pursuant to this promotion/contest; and
(d) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years or older who enter between the specified dates between 26/05/2021 and 4:00 PM AEST on 15/11/2021 and who visit the competition page at www.jacklinks.com.au.
To be eligible, an entrant must enter the required fields as listed on the competition page at www.jacklinks.com.au, entering first name, last name and email and answer a minimum of one question for each nominated draw period listed in (clause 8 of these terms and conditions)
A valid entry can be made when an entrant enters at www.jacklinks.com.au and enters their full name (first and last) and email to enter. All entrants will need to agree to the terms and conditions and tick that they are 18 years of age or older. Optional newsletter sign up.

The promotion commences on 26/05/2021 and closes 4:00 PM AEST on 15/11/2021
Prize winners will be determined by 2 separate draws. Each prize draw period closes at 4.00PM AEST on the dates specified in clause (8). The random draws will take place at 2:00 PM AEST as per the dates listed in clause (8). The draws will take place in the presence of an independent witness by random draw at Merchantwise Pty Ltd First Floor, 266-268 Chapel Street, Prahran (via Princes Close), Victoria, 3181 Phone 03 9520 1000
Entry period (1) is between 26/05/2021 – 5/07/2021 – Prize drawn on the 6/07/2021
Entry period (2) is between 6/10/2021 – 15/11/2021 – Prize drawn on the 16/11/2021
The Promoter will notify each winner in writing, the next day of each draw date, as listed in clause eight (8) and any winner names will be published on www.jacklinks.com.au for a period not less than 28 days, from relevant draw dates.
Subject to any written direction by State or Territory regulators, should any prize remain unclaimed an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place on 17/03/2022, in the presence of an independent witness, from all remaining entries at 10:00 am at Merchantwise Pty Ltd First Floor, 266-268 Chapel Street, Prahran (via Princes Close), Victoria, 3181, Australia. The Promoter will notify any winner in writing within two days of the draw and publish winner’s name on 17/03/2022 at www.jacklinks.com.au for a period not less than 28 days.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify validity of entries or disqualify any entrant for tampering with entry or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any entry contact details entered incorrectly will be invalid.
Promoter reserves the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Entry will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Neither the Promoter nor any of the promoter’s agencies are liable for incomplete/damaged/misdirected entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.
The Promoter and or its agencies are not liable for any loss/damage/personal injury, suffered/sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Before the prize is awarded, any winner may be required to sign a release and indemnity agreement, the terms of which will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Failure to sign the release and indemnity agreement may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize, or any element of it, as stated. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes in whole or in part for something of equal or greater value in the event that any component of the prize is unavailable (subject to any applicable legislation).
The prize and or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or product.
The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact an entrant selected as a winner, but accepts no responsibility if an entrant cannot be contacted. The prize will be delivered to the address nominated by each winner when contacted by the promoter.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein:
(i) this promotion/contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook; and
(ii) all information disclosed by entrant(s) is being disclosed to Promoter and not to Facebook.
Each entrant’s personal information will be stored at the office of Promoter and may be used by or disclosed to any related entity, employee, contractor or agent of the Promoter for promotional purposes and State/Territory lottery departments.
