Lion Pty Ltd collects your personal information (name, date of birth, address, contact
numbers and email) via Facebook and through the Hahn website when you enter this
promotion for the purposes of your entry into the promotion.
If we do not collect your personal information via Facebook, you will not be able to
submit a valid entry into the promotion or claim your prize. We may disclose this
personal information to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the sole
purpose of processing and conducting this promotion.

information about how you may access and seek correction of the personal
information that is held by us, how you may complain about a breach of the

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By
participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must
comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees
and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on 01/10/2017 and closes at 23.59
EDT on 22/10/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter:

(a) be a current Facebook subscriber and log onto the Hahn Facebook

(b) locate the link to enter for the promotion;
(c) fully complete the online entry form (including full name, date of birth,
address, email address and contact number);
(d) consent to receive marketing communications from Hahn; and
(e) submit by 23:59 EDT on 22/10/2017.
Via Website:

form for this promotion, then complete all sections of the online entry
form (including full name, email address, date of birth and mobile
number);
(b) consent to receive marketing communications from Hahn; and
(c) submit by 23:59 EDT on 22/10/2017.
5. Limit applies of one (1) entry per person in this Promotion.
6. The draw will take place at 13.00 EST on 24/10/2017 at Traction Digital Pty
Ltd, Suite 1, Level 25, 66 Goulburn St, Sydney NSW 2000 (‘Traction Digital’).
The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn will receive a prize.
7. Prize consists of one (1) $200 Retail Sports Voucher redeemable at any
Rebel Sports outlet in Australia (RRP = $200.00). Vouchers expire on
28/09/2018. Total RRP value of prizes = $4,000.00. All taxes (excluding GST)
which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the
draw.
9. Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 28 days of notification. Prize
winners will be notified of any delay.
10. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 16/01/2018 at the same
time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone and email within
two (2) days of the second chance draw.
11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s
decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for
any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss,
damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as
a result of:
a. technical or telecommunications problems, including security
breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the
Promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this
promotion.
In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may (subject to
relevant state and territory lottery regulations and where necessary with the
approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend
the promotion.
13. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons
beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or
element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion,
subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not
be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or
element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity,
residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry
into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the
Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide
information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise
involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering
with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as
intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the
Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery
authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
15. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Rebel Sport Pty Limited
(ABN 78 003 283 823). The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss,
damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Rebel
Sport Pty Limited or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or
using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the
negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be
excluded by law.
16. In participating in this promotion entrants are providing information to the
Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant acknowledges that this
promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook, and to the extent permitted by law, releases
Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this promotion. Any queries,
comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the

17. Facebook entries will be deemed accepted at the time of transmission if all
mandatory fields are completed. In any dispute relating to whether entries
have been received or not will be determined by the Promoter, whose
decision is final. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole
discretion, considers to be incomplete, inaccurate, underage, erroneous,
ineligible, offensive, misleading, inappropriate or incomprehensible will be
deemed invalid, as well as any entry that the Promoter, in its sole discretion,
considers to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any

18. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic
beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies

19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice
in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including
