To enter, entrants must complete the Lenovo ThinkPad Quiz and complete the name and email address fields in the online form.
Multiple entries per person will be accepted. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid. All entries must be received within the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter's database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, and communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
Valid entries (as determined by the Promoter) will be judged based on the competition scores attained by the entrants. The twenty entrants with the highest completion score will each win a prize.
If two or more entrants are tied with identical competition scores, the first entrant whose entry is received by the Promoter will be deemed the winner.
The winning entries will be determined at 11:00 am on April 3, 2013 at the office of the Promoter in Chatswood. All times indicated are based on EDST. The twenty winners will be notified via email on April 4 2013. The Promoter will determine the twenty winners with the highest competition scores from all entries which comply with these Conditions (as determined by the Promoter or its nominee in its sole discretion). The Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize. The prizes are as follows: 20 X Lenovo Twist Convertible Ultrabook with Core i5, WiFi valued at $1,569.21 (a total prize pool valued at AUD$31,384.20) for each winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter subject to approval by regulatory bodies if required. The Prize will only be awarded to the winner or their parent/guardian following any validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
Any winner who accepts a prize agrees, at the Promoter's request, to participate in any and all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) involved in the winning of any prize, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material relating to the Competition. Competition winners will be announced on www.lenovo.com/au and, if applicable, contacted by phone and/or email on April 4, 2013. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure by a winner to claim a prize within 14 days will result in a new winner being determined in accordance with these Conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 10 working days to claim fulfilment of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to next best valid entry selected. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner that cannot be contacted within this time and no correspondence will be entered into.
